Course Overview

This course invites you to bring life to the idea that has been quietly calling you — the podcast, community, business, creative project, or initiative that lives in the background of your mind waiting for “the right time.”

Many people relate to ideas through perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking:
I either fully commit to this idea… or leave it as a dream forever.

This course offers another path.

Rather than teaching hustle culture or rigid startup frameworks, Idea to Impact teaches learners how to engage with ideas in a more spacious, sustainable, and life-giving way. The goal is not simply to launch a project, but to become the kind of person who knows how to respond to inspiration with clarity, courage, and grounded action.

Across four weeks, participants will explore a practical framework for moving ideas from intuition into reality. We will examine the internal obstacles that often prevent people from moving forward — fear, overwhelm, perfectionism, scarcity, self-doubt — while also grounding ideas in real-world needs, simplicity, and sustainability.

This course is designed for people who already feel called toward an idea, even if that idea is still unclear, evolving, or one of many possibilities.

Examples of projects participants may explore include:

  • Curating a community of like-minded people

  • Launching a podcast or media platform

  • Teaching a class or sharing a body of knowledge

  • Starting a mission-aligned business

  • Designing a creative or social impact initiative

  • Bringing an artistic or healing practice into the world

This is a highly interactive and collective learning experience. Each session combines teaching, guided reflection, embodiment practices, peer dialogue, and live coaching.
